It was an unprecedented move that piqued the interest of everyone, but it turns out Arianna took inspiration from having a burnout. Deep into her work as Huffington Post’s CEO, one day, she collapsed from exhaustion, hit her head on her desk, and broke her cheekbone. The accident, she tells Inc. Magazine, made her realize burnout was a universal problem.
She created Thrive Global to become a leading change behavior technology company with the mission to end the stress and burnout epidemic. To date, she’s not only changing the mindsets of American workers, but also working with private companies to encourage a paradigm shift in their work culture. Now, isn’t Arianna great?
On her Instagram page, where she has 743,000 followers, Arianna loves posting inspirational quotes and videos, pics with her colleagues and friends, and wellness and productivity tips.

This gorgeous fitness coach started posting home workout videos and helpful nutrition tips long before anyone else did, making her dominate the fitness world in the last decade.
Kayla’s foray in social media began when she started posting workout sessions with her clients on Instagram. She amassed a following, and Kayla smartly pivoted her social media fame into a business. Since then, she’s founded a popular app, Sweat, which provides users with workouts tailored to their specific goal.
Kayla says of her coaching style, “My programs are flexible, so you can choose whether you want to work out at home or in the gym! You’ll learn how to train to increase your fitness and strength through regular workouts. My programs also grow with you, so you’ll always be progressing.”
Kayla also has authored books, and has a huge following in her community, Sweat with Kayla, where she keeps her community engaged with workouts and healthful meals, giving them support and encouragement throughout their fitness journeys. You’ll love Kayla for her easy and flexible workouts, and Mediterranean-style meal preps. Kayla is a firm believer of balanced and nutritious meals, and discourages everyone from dieting.
Kayla’s biggest and most impressive feat by far is selling the Sweat app for 400 million dollars in July 2021. That’s inspiring for influencers and entrepreneurs everywhere!

For him, nature has all the answers to all our questions. He maneuvers away from health trends, such as fancy supplements. To be fit (emotionally, physically and mentally), a person should have a balance, Luke says, in these four pillars of lifestyle: nutrition, quality sleep, emotional detox, and adequate exercise.
Besides being good-looking and having a buff body, Luke’s success story is interesting to say the least. He used to DJ for a bar, before jumping ship to the corporate world where he worked for 10 years in IBM. While navigating the rat race, he discovered so many of his successful colleagues and bosses were unhappy and unhealthy, despite their accomplishments.
Luke said, “they had prominent positions, travelled the world but had deprived health. I recognized this gap and understood that all that needed to be changed was their lifestyle.”
Around his circle, Luke started consulting and coaching for free. He realized he loved what he was doing. Finally, he took a leap of faith when he resigned from his corporate job to become a health and wellness coach fulltime, developing his philosophies based from his own experience as a health enthusiast and coaching his colleagues and friends.
Follow Luke if you want to try a more holistic approach to your health, combining medicine, meditation, nutrition and exercise to shape your life for the better. As of checking, Luke has 416,000 followers on IG.

This prompted her to found Black Girl in Om, a virtual and real-life wellness community that caters exclusively to Black women, a platform for wellness workshops in meditation, yoga and journaling. In just six years, her online health and wellness platform has attracted thousands of followers. Featured in Vogue, SELF, and many women-empowering magazines, Lauren has successfully pivoted Black Girl in Om to a yearly event or talk series, an online platform, a podcast, a website, and just this year, she even released a sleep-focused guided-meditation E.P.
Word has it she free-styled the words in the track. That’s really something! This girl is an explosive force, and we can’t wait to see what’s next on her plate.

While studying as an undergrad, Grace started building businesses like gym equipment brand B_ND and sustainable fitness label TALA.
In her various interviews online, Grace recounts that when she was young, she had an unhealthy relationship with food. As a child, she was a competitive gymnast, but things changed when she was involved in a car accident. She started eating bad food, sometimes surviving on a block of cheese the entire day. Though she was wafer-thin, she hated her body.
All this changed when she discovered veganism. She began doing clean eating, transitioned to a plant-based diet, and eventually went full vegan. Grace’s life drastically changed, and she documented her new healthy lifestyle in her vlog, which eventually became her life and career. And oh, did we mention Grace lifts weights?
At present, Grace juggles her time as a social media star and as owner of several businesses, including her new fitness and workout app Shreddy.
Definitely a force to be reckoned with, Grace is active on social media, posting her workouts, food and sustainable fashion to the delight of her 1M followers.
